Pls Note that this is a Male environment and currently there are 4 Male professional living together in 4 bedroom HDB unit. One of the Flatmate is moving out and hence the Common Room is available for Rent.

Please let me know if any professionals looking for common room. We are looking for like minded individuals who has lived with room mates in the past and enjoy the company of new friends. Also, has to be understanding, co-operative and respect each others privacy when staying in the unit which is of vital importance.

Room Availability : Immediate Minimum contract: 1 yr. PUB and WIFI charges will be shared among 4 tenants Directions: Take Exit A from Beauty World Mrt and come straight down the bus stop and after you pass the gas station turn left and next right. The Block is opp the Buddhist temple (side entrance) In order to respect privacy and maintain peace and harmony in the living space some of the House Rules as follows:

No Sharing No overnight Staying No smoking No Loud noise after 10 pm No Partying

The Room is very breezy and very cooling at night and dont really need to use Aircon or Fan during the day.

Also there is 2 food courts below and a food centre at bukit timah market which is 5 to 7 mins walk ( next to the Beauty world mrt) . The location is perfect for people working in city or CBD and also walkable from the Beauty world Mrt ( Exit A) Visitors are allowed on weekdays and weekends but no staying overnight. Direct Bus Service to Orchard ( 77, 174 ) Beauty World Mrt statin is Direct MRT service to Shenton way and Bayfront MRT if you are working in CBD area Direct Bus service to little india ( 66, 174 with change to 67 at bukit timah) Direct Bus service to Bukit batok (66)

Easy , clean and tidy and fun loving Flatmates who live together and respect each other’s privacy and live happily. Also, the flatmate should be like minded and follow the house rules and have to do house duty (once a month) as per the roster to keep the house clean and tidy. The current flatmates have been living for last 3 to 4 yrs and have never encountered any issues or conflicts between them. So if you think you are simple and easy going type and have lived with flat mates before then you will be easy fit.
