This unit is three bedroom, three bath so you won’t need to share. Cooking is allowed, no crazy rules except keeping the unit clean and tidy.

The location is perfect with Newton MRT just being 5 mins away, Balmoral plaza just adjacent to the condo with great places to eat and 7/11. Cold Storage is also 2 to 3 minutes walk.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a ps4 if you’re having a bad day and want to have some fun. Wifi is also available. However utilities will be shared amongst us.
