The condo apartment comes with a spacious living room and large terrace that you will share with three easy going and friendly young professionals from Europe, South America and South East Asia. The owner does not live here and the condo is less than 10 min walk from Boon Lay or Lakeside MRT Station and includes access to free condo facilities (pool/tennis/bbq…)

About you

We want to share the place with a young and mature student or a young professional. The place is perfect if you study or work at NTU, NUS, Biopolis, Singapore Polytechnic, etc. People living in this house are friendly, social, intellectual, and respectful. We enjoy each other’s company. We don’t necessarily have to be best friends, but the expectation is that we will like each other enough to enjoy good conversations occasionally with a drink and we will even have parties together too! Very friendly, responsible, and mature environment here.

Your bedroom

The bedroom available is equipped with a double size bed, AC, big wardrobe, lots of storage space, desk, a great view of the swimming pool and you will share the bathroom with only 1 other flatmate.

About the apartment

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The unit is on the ground floor, and we have a great patio facing the pool with a barbecue area, where we eat dinner and have parties once in a while. The house has great light but is not hot at all because the sun just hits a bit in the morning and very indirectly! A huge living room with a pool table makes the place very relaxing! From all the bedrooms we can see the condo’s garden and swimming pool, with plenty of plants and trees.

Swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, karaoke, tennis court, 4 barbecue pits, guards, table tennis.

Boyfriend/Girlfriend Policy*

You can bring your boyfriend or girlfriend to sleep overnight anytime you want, as long as he/she does not live here on a permanent basis. Something like 2-3 times per week is totally fine. All the housemates here are very respectful and considerate.

Party Policy*

Bring your friends anytime you want as long as it’s not excessive. If you are bringing more than 2-3 people, let the others know in advance that you are bringing your friends - just as basic courtesy… we are always happy to have people over!

Cooking Policy

Cooking is encouraged! We love to try food from different parts of the world and enjoy a great conversation with friends and drinks!

Cleaning

We keep things tidy and try to follow a flexible rota so everyone does their part. From time to time we may arrange for a cleaner to visit.

Payment

You will need to pay first month of rent plus a one off security deposit (= 2 months of rent = $1880).
