It is located between kallang and katong area. The nearest train station is Mountbatten MRT (circle line) which is 3 bus stops away and the bus stop is only 1 min walk away from the house.

Buses: 12, 14, 196 These are direct buses to bugis, dhoby ghaut, somerset, orchard, raffles quay, west/east.

Nearest park is East Coast Park which is approx 20mins walk or 10mins cycle away.

The Property

It is a landed property of 3 storey high with 4 rooms in total. One part of the living hall will be converted into a yoga/dance/gym studio for us to get active.

The garden will be converted into a butterfly & edible garden as I will be rearing butterflies and i love cooking! There will be a swing in the garden too so we can chill in the garden to get closer to mother nature.

The attic will be a working space/office for us to work in if you like to join me.

The level 2 hall will have a window bay which overlooks our neighbour’s courtyard grassland. The space will be used as a reading/chill out corner.

The Room

The Master Bedroom is huge and spacious (almost equivalent to 2 common room size) with lots of windows which means you will have lots of natural sunlight too. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower but no bathtub. It comes with a wardrobe and queen size bed.

House Rules:

To strictly adhere to covid restrictions and measurements - to protect yourself and everyone else
Allowed to have guests over but will need to inform in advance and get approval - this is to avoid having too many guests in one day
Additional charges to have guest(s) to stay overnight - the rental rate is valid for 1 tenant
Allowed to cook - feel free to even use the garden herbs to add to your cooking
Allowed to use the studio - feel free to use the dance bar, yoga mat, equipments too
Allowed to have pets - I have a small and obedient cockapoo dog so she will be happy to make new pet friends!
Most importantly is to be comfortable and happy - treat this place as your home and enjoy yourself!

About the roomies

There are 4 rooms so there will be total of 4 females staying together, including myself.

Currently there are 3 of us: Myself, a Baker and a copywriter.
