The 20+ year-old condo is 10 mins walk to the heart of Orchard Road shopping, to Newton (Hawker) Food Center, Newton MRT stations and bus-stops on Bukit Timah Road. It is 15 mins walk from Somerset MRT, Tanglin Club and American Club. Unit has 3 regular bedrooms, 2 regular bathrooms, plus one each for helper. You do have a dedicated bathroom all to yourself unless I have very occasional overseas guests. Room comes with single sofa-futon bed, a wardrobe, a set of drawers, bookshelves and a stylish glass computer table; has a direct view of fireworks in the Marina Bay area. No parties or gatherings. Parking is available. Wifi included. Weekly cleaning, laundry & ironing provided.

There is the ~47-year-old male working professional in the ensuite and one helper who stays in own room. I like to exercise once in a while, jogging, biking, windsurfing, swimming, but also starting photography, painting and growing edible plants. No smokers or regular drinkers please. Can arrange for helpers to cook for you with additional fees.
