The condominium: The Common room is available in this large, 1,130 sq. ft condominium in 31 Ipoh Lane, Versilia on Haig.

We have: · built-in wardrobes · AC covered in all rooms + sharing spaces (dinning + living room) · full furnished contemporary kitchen, granite countertops with a sliding door to separate from the rest of the spaces (feel free to cook whatever you want) · 1 storeroom + 1 more bathroom (easy access from the kitchen) · foldable sofa/bed, casual tea table, simple looking dining table and chairs (dinning + living room) · special and windy balcony with pretty chilling views The condominium complex also has a gym, pools, jacuzzi, BBQ area and a function room for private events to be held. Visitor’s parking slot is available.

The Location: The condominium is located at 31 Ipoh Lane and a few hundred meters down the road you will reach Kinex Mall, and within 1 km of walking distance you will easily find the newly-built PLQ mall, Paya Lebar Square Mall and Singpost Center! 2 cinemas (GV & Shaw with IMAX) and a long list of places for foodies like me to munch with. If you choose to walk further down the Haig Road (next to Ipoh Lane) you may end up at the pleasant Katong area which is enriched with the Peranakan culture, another giant shopping mall Parkway Parade won’t be too far to reach as well. Most importantly, from our place you can even pay a frequent visit to the famous East Coast Park either by foot or by bus. The nearest bus stops are just around the corner with bus No.43/197/134/135/40/30 to take you on a short ride to the Paya Lebar MRT station. Or you may want to simply walk to the MRT on foot which will only cost you around 8 minutes on a straight course. Basically, we have all the amenities compared to living in the CBD area without having to worry too much about the parking issues.

When: The common is available now for a 12-month lease. We would ideally like to have the deposit paid and the lease signed before move in.
