Reason to stay : -Save travelling times ! -Save cab fee ! -Compare with If you currently stay at East , West or North side rental fee , here is worth it!

Because of save money and stay far away from town area, on the other hand, you will need more time consuming on travelling. Also, When you go out for gathering or meeting with client , you’ll need to rush back home early as MRT / bus timing and expensive cab fee is quite expensive. As compared to current rental now ( for East,West and North side ) , maybe just add on $100.00 or less then $100.00 , can stay at town area .

For example: Previously I stay at Jurong(Because of wanting to save rental fee ( Rental fee $750.00+ $50.00(utility) ), every time after I met with customer or gathering with friend at town area ( Orchard, MBS , Sentosa , Raffles Chinatown etc. ) cab fee is super expensive ($25-$38) when going back . If by buss/MRT then need to check on timing and leave early and take around 30-45min to travel.

• Cab fee per week $40.00 (average) -Travelling timing 30-45min per trip/per place to go ( work/leisure) **$40.00 x 4week = $160.00 **Travelling time per day = 2-3hours

Rental ($800.00) + Cab fee ( $160.00 ) + Travelling time per day(3hours) =$960.00/ 3hours per day

Rent here : Rental ($950.00 all in ) + cab fee ( $100.00 maybe 🤔) + really can save on travel time, and there’s straight bus, no need to change bus. ( 1-1.5 hours maybe 🤔) = $1050.00/ 💯% save travel times .

Conclusion: Yes for a little bit saving but no life and no freedom ( if stay with owner or not friendly housemate). But here , have friendly house mate and can create your own lifestyle!
