• About the room: Spacious private common room in a 3-bedroom HDB near Bishan MRT, fully furnished (single bed, closet, drawer, aircon, wood flooring), sharing the common bathroom with another tenant. Looking for a new tenant to replace me for Aug and Sep period!

• This common room will only be available for short-term rent of 2 months (6 Aug - 9 Oct). Not extendable so kindly not enquire if you are looking to stay long term.

• Rate for common room is originally $650, will be reduced to $600/month due to shorter rental duration ($50 discount each month out of my own pocket).

• About the flat: No owner staying, no agent fee, cooking and visitors are more than welcome, all essential household appliances available for usage

• Location: 178 Bishan St 13, only 10 minutes walk from Bishan MRT Station (NS17/CC15) and Bishan Bus Interchange (fully sheltered walkway), lovely quiet and clean neighbourhood

• Amenities nearby: Plenty of shopping and food options, including Junction 8, NTUC Fairprice, Giant, Kim San Leng Food Centre / Straight bus service to Upper Thomson for more cafes and restaurants

Rate: $600 per month for common room (available for 2 months only), utilities and internet shared equally with 3 other tenants

You will be sharing the flat with 2/3 other friendly and easy-going working professionals, Chinese Malaysian males in their mid 20s. No owner staying so you have a lot of freedom and privacy. You are more than welcome to bring friends to the flat and chill whenever!
