Point block 5 room HDB with 2 healthy seniors couple in their 70s Very quiet n Windy. 5 mins walk to upper Aljunied where u can take bus 5 stops to Aljunied Mrt (green line) and 3 stops to Woodleigh mrt. 5 mins walk to Kallang office, Genting Lane offices, Paya Lebar working areas. All current flat mates are Malaysian Females. Total in the house will be 4 female tenants and 2 healthy and active Chinese elders. Room ll b kept clean by owner including change of bedsheets. Current tenants stayed for 3-5 years cos owner very nice to them. No aircon. Very windy and fans are provided. Internet wifi is available! Only Light cooking allowed. Washing machine available. Pleasant and quiet females in office jobs. They have been staying in the same house for the last 2-4 years as the owner treat them like their own family.
