It big and airy. Newly installed a/c with ceiling fan. It is quite and 5 minutes walk to Khatib MRT. Northpoint is also 5-6 minutes walk. The unit is on the 10th floor. Cooking is allowed and so is the use of the washing machine. Wifi is provided.

There are 4 of us in the house. Me and my wife and 1 daughter and 1 helper. She can help to clean your room, change your bedsheets. We also have a medium sized dog that is very friendly. She usually sits in the corner. All i require is a security deposit which is refundable. I do not want to tie down anyone. Just give me 30 days notice if you want to leave.
