No live-in owner and no agent fee Cooking & visitors allowed. There’s an oven and microwave!
Facilities include swimming pool, gym, tennis court & BBQ pit, and more. We have an in-house minimart too.
Master Bedroom is fully furnished with king sized bed, and built-in wardrobe. Own spacious bathroom and attached private balcony.
Lease takeover from 15 December 2021 to 31st May 2022. The room is not being sublet. Agent and landlord have been notified that there will be a change in tenant for the master bedroom.
