Stacked home, high floor, spacious, a lot of privacy. 4 bedrooms in the flat, will be living with 3-4 tenants, each occupying a room to self. Near by Northpoint, Junction 9, food court, sheng siong.

3 Stoves + 1 induction cooker available to share. Need to clean after cooking. Rice cooker/pots/ladles not provided.

• 1 month deposit
• Laundry to be discussed for schedule but can wash twice a week, detergent not provided
• Aircon only from 9 pm- 7 am
• Bathroom to only use the one attached in master room. Self-maintain and cleaning of toilet.
• House is big, cleaning is not expected but would appreciate help. Just maintaining and clealiness after use is enough and keeping mess minimum.

Currently all burmese occupants, our unit is meant for other race occupants, non-chinese or Malay according to the quota so 🙏🏽

• Currently 1 young lady, work from home, occasionally cooks fast meals, sometimes out on weekends
• 2 ladies working office hours, 1 cooks/prepare dinner frequently from around 7-8 pm, the other cooks occasionally around same time too
• Housemates are not overly social but friendly and respect privacy. Rather a balance of both.

Only expectations are to be reasonable, considerate, and get along with the rest of the tenants. 😄
