Hello there. Am looking for room mate(s) to share this amazing loft unit located at East Coast Road. PM if you’re open to room sharing!
Would not like to squeeze everyone like those typical HDB that makes everyone sleeps on a bunk bed like it’s the army. Will be providing everyone with a single/loft bed, 1 set of table and chair and personal wardrobe. The space will be decorated in a fun and artistic manner.
$450/pax
Rental is excluding utilities. Looking to secure at least 2-3 others before proceeding with the rental.
About the roomies
Just me for now. I’m a working professional in the media industry. Would prefer to have roommate(s) who keeps their space tidy and someone who’s open minded. I’m a fun person to be around with. Love games and that occasional drink. PM me to know more! I’ll be fun, I promise!
