We are looking for a new housemate to occupy the spacious MASTER bedroom in a 3-bedroom unit at PARC PALAIS (Hume Avenue).
PARC PALAIS is accessible through the nearest train station - Hillview MRT (DT3) Downtown Line (660 m).
This property is close to grocery stores namely Cold Storage Rail Mall (7 mins walk), Hillview Market (HillV2), NTUC Fairprice (Bukit Batok East), and Giant (Bukit Batok East Avenue 3). It is surrounded by lush greenery and near to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Bukit Batok Nature Park.
