This is a lovely large flat with lots of space. full condo facilities with a new pool and tennis courts. It has squash courts and a gym. great bus and train connectivity with a bus stop right outside the entrance. there is a direct bus to the CBD and we are on the circle line with a one stop from the downtown line. The room is large, 6mx4m with lots of light. Furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a queen bed. Air conditioned and bathroom en-suite. Only one person living here. I have a cat. I am a yoga teacher and work from home in the mornings, usually finished by 4 pm. close to Holland Village and a wet market and fair Price. loads of restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
