It’s a spacious and comfortable place that fits a Queen-sized bed, with lots of room left over for a desk to WFH too. It comes with a private ensuite bathroom so you don’t have to share.

Room is air conditioned, comes unfurnished, and is immediately available.

Common spaces include a large living room with a PS4, RingFit, Mac Mini, sound bar, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max & VPN, and a fully equipped kitchen with a De’longhi coffee machine. We welcome our future housemate to share what we have 😊

The dining room fits 6 comfortably (for when it’s safe to have people over; as a note one of us works remote and long hours from a desk next to the dining room so if you’re entertaining, just give us a heads up so we can make sure to take our calls elsewhere).

We’ve been living in this neighbourhood for six years now but have newly moved into this apartment (still in the same neighbourhood) because we love the area. It’s 5 mins walk from City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT station, 5-10 mins walk from some of the best cafes in Singapore, and of course, a stones throws from many great places to eat! Added bonus — you’ll be right next door to a great (quiet) yoga studio.

We are a couple in our 30s, living with our 2 adopted cats (Mr and Mrs Kim). We both work in tech in order to support our cats 🐱. We are non smokers, enjoy watching films, TV, reading books, and generally chilling out from our stressful enough work week. The cats enjoy eating and sleeping.

Looking for a solo considerate housemate who is comfortable with cats. We are a 🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ friendly household and all races are welcome.
