We have one common room available for rent. We live in a walk-up apartment in walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut, Clarke Quay, and Somerset. The closest MRT stations are Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Fort Canning MRT.

The room is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan, and comes furnished with a double bed, full wardrobe, desk, and chair. The window faces a lovely water fountain from the condo next door.

The apartment comes with a small washer & dryer, and the kitchen has a toaster over, air fryer, stove, and fridge. Light cooking is allowed.

Wifi is included. There is also a locked gate with an intercom system for security.

You’d be sharing the apartment with me (29F) and my brother (27M). We have 3 friendly & loving cats living with us. My brother and I are clean, laid-back individuals who enjoy music and art.

We generally keep to ourselves during the week and spend time with our friends & family on the weekends. We treasure our quiet, peaceful lives and we’re looking for a roommate that values the same.
