Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to rent a common room at 100 Bedok North starting on the 1st July 2021. The place has 2 bedrooms and I’m occupying the master bedroom. The common room is SGD 750 per month. Wifi, electricity and PUB is not included and will be shared. Minimum of 1 year contract. Cooking is allowed (as long as you clean up), no visitors. Convenient place with wet market, NTUC and eateries few bus stops to Bedok MRT (green line) and walking distance to Bedok Reservoir MRT (blue line).
