The available room is part of a 3-bed apartment at a condo 6 mins walk from Eunos MRT. The room is furnished with built-ins and you will have access to your own bathroom/toilet. The condo is located in a very convenient location close to shops of all types and public transport.

I have been renting here for 10 years and am the sole occupant of the apartment. My long-term flatmate has recently moved out and that’s why I’m looking for a new roommate to share the monthly rent and expenses. I am friendly and considerate but require a sensible roommate to occupy the available room.
