Hi all, we have a double room becoming available from June 1 in our huge gorgeous landed property, conveniently located in central Singapore, right next to mount Emily Park on Wilkie Road – a short walk away from Little India, Bugis and Dhoby Ghaut.

We are a creative, sociable household looking for the right personalities to join our happy home.

The house is just over 3,500sft, with large communal spaces including – outdoor decked area for outdoor dining / hammock / chill time. Huge kitchen / pantry, large communal art space + outdoor workshop / workout space, living room, dining room and front garden with picnic table, which provide additional options for home working. The house has high ceilings, plenty of airflow, with each room situated on its own half level – offering plenty of privacy, whilst living in a communal house. About the room

Master room (2nd floor) – large room with parquet floors. Complete with king sized bed, and enough room for separate sofa (like pictured). Shared bathroom is newly fitted 2021 and also brand new aircon unit April 2021 @ SGD$1450.00 PCM.

Room cost does is not inclusive of utilities. Must view to appreciate the value & vibe.

You would be living with x 4 professionals aged early / mid 30’s - a British couple (me and my husband), and a girl from Belgium, and a guy from Ireland. We also have a beautiful cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog, and are a pet friendly household, so please only apply if you are an animal lover.

We are ideally looking for a couple for this room, but singles will also be considered.

This house share would suit you if you’re looking to live as part of an active community. We regularly host dinners, brunches, clothes swaps, art sessions, movie nights and more with friends, and are keen to attract housemates who are looking for more than a house share.
