Beach Road

Located in the city centre, apartment is on a really high floor, and you get to wake up to a gorgeous city view. It’s right opposite Haji Lane on Beach Road, and the neighborhood is full of energy, charm and artistic vibes. Best part, there’s food everywhere.

The building complex is for both commercial and residential uses, so there are 7/11, eateries, dry cleaning and stationery shops literally right below the building. Lifts are private access to your level only.

Landlady is currently renovating the apartment, changing out the aircons, toilets, and tiles, and it is only ready to move in from April 23rd onwards. Room (common room, est ~10.6 sqm) is furnished with bed, table, chair and closet, but common area is only partially furnished with essential appliances. Brenda and I are working on setting up a common space, that is cozy and comfortable, so we can host guests for dinners, and sometimes work from home. There is no stay in landlady.

Two years lease preferred, minimum one year lease. Utilities, wifi, gas not included. Cooking and guests allowed, as long as you clean up after yourself.

Closest train stations: 5 minutes to Nicoll Highway MRT, 8 minutes to Bugis

Brenda and I met over roomies, and we bonded over the desire to be independent, and have our own space to chill. So we went on house hunt and found this really cool apartment, and now we are looking for our 3rd housemate! Brenda bakes better than she cooks, I cook better than I bake. We also love kombucha and indie music.

We’d love to find a respectful, clean and considerate house mate, who we can eventually be friends with, and do this communal living together.

If you like evening jogs, we would also invite you to run around the Kallang river.
