Joyce's room

A cosy single room available for rent from 21 April. It is a newly renovated 5-rooms Executive apartment that 10 mins walk from Sembawang MRT. The supermarket is downstairs and foodcourts are just a few blocks away. You can also cook a simple dish at home occasionally. The room is well-renovated with a two-doors wardrobe and a study desk. Room service is also provided at no cost.

We are a friendly Chinese family with teenager kids. We highly respect your privacy and personal space.
