I will take the master bedroom, and looking for someone to take common room (with your own toilet) - $1350 PER PAX (Negotiable) non inclusive of utilities

The common room can fit a single/ super single bed and wardrobe, which both items need to be bought :)

I am a friendly Singaporean female , who enjoys privacy and quiet space, working in corporate, and looking for someone who enjoys the same privacy - creating a safe space and returning home to a sanctuary of rest :)
