hi we are a young chinese couple looking to rent out a room. we are normally out on weekdays for work we are 5 mins walk from 2 shopping centre and 2 mins walk to a lrt and bus stop so getting around and food is not a problem. air conditioning wifi are available. we dont mind having you join us in the living area as and when u want. Allow to do light cooking, use washer and dryer room with air con and WiFi. We have a small Japanese spitz who don’t bark and very friendly
