About the room
Our quirky apartment is like nothing else you’ve seen in Singapore. Uniquely decorated to give it a homely cottage type vibe, this spacious apartment has everything you’ll need, for a great price.
The common room comes with a unique Japanese style bedding (not futon but queen size bed mattress on an original wooden deck), AC, desk and three large built in wardrobes. The bathroom is shared with two French ladies.
The condo is Sims Residences, which is 1 minute walk to the nearest MRT entrance for Paya Lebar. Which means when it’s raining, it’s only a short dash to shelter. The condo also comes with a swimming pool! Two malls have been recently built and are within 5min walk (one KM and Paya Lebar Square). Last but not least, a cinema just opened at walking distance!
The apartment is currently occupied by young working professionals, 2 female (French) and a couple (French and Japanese). Fun friendly people.
The apartment has a large TV in the lounge, Bose surround sound speakers, Netflix, lightning fast wifi and a large dining table… Oh and the piano if you can play!! The kitchen has everything you’ll need, loads of cupboards, a large hub and oven. We also have a maid come and tidy up the place every week.
This place is super convenient for the MRT and it has lots of places to eat within walking distance.
