About The Space: You get a fully furnished air-conditioned room with a comfortable queen sized bed and a large wardrobe more than sufficient for 1 person. You have your own bathroom while the toilet is shared. The whole space has been newly renovated with top notch appliances for washing, cleaning and light cooking or baking.

WiFi, and Utilities are included. You may bring in your own furniture such as a study desk if required.

We are a newly married couple with a lot of character. I love to cook and my wife loves to bake. We love ending the day with a bottle of wine and watching movies on the projector in the living room giving us a cinema like experience.

We keep the place clean and tidy and would like any prospective house mates to share the same ideals.
