Hi everyone, I am planning to move out of my room (shared with two girls from my school) soon in order to be closer to friends of mine. I live in the center of Singapore, in the sunshine plaza residence. the all-inclusive charges and internet are always less than 100 SGD/month. The lease is renewable but ends mid june 2021. I changed the light in the room shortly after my arrival as you can see in the video taken during the day with my stuff still there. And I also had the air-conditioner fixed during the annual maintenance, so there will be no charge to pay for that at this time. The room is provided with: -a single bed, a pillow and a blanket. -The dressing room and shelves that you can see in the video. -A bedside table and a fan. There are 2 female Indian roomies , both are students in the same school. the first one is rarely here but is still friendly , she is 22 years old. The other is super friendly, is 18 years old. she have classes online one week over 2 so we will ask you to not be too loud during the concerned weeks :).
