My current housemate is moving out and I am looking for a person to share/co-sign the lease for a 2bedroom/2bathroom fully furnished apartment in Bukit Batok (Parkview Apartmens). The room available (from March 15) is a very spacious, bright master bedroom. The utilities (total bill) is around 150sgd/month (internet, electricity, water). Many eateries, 24h Giant and Fair price walking distance from the place. Also many bus bus stops close by.

I am a professional from Europe living in Singapore for 8 years. Working in Biopolis. Easy going, basically do not cook. Looking for a quiet easy going professional as a housemate (one person only).
