The room is well equipped with a study desk and chair, built in wardrobe, air-conditioning, standing fan, a super single bed that come with a pull-out bed underneath (can be used for overnight visiting guest). Other facilities include high speed fibre broadband WIFI, washing machine, clothes dryer, refrigerator, etc. High privacy and freedom. Light cooking is allowed and visiting guest are not allowed.

Currently only one single lady staying (i.e. seeking another housemate to take up the other room). Rare unit! quiet environment yet lot of amenities just downstair, there are many coffee shops around, Geylang Bahru hawker centre, wet market, NTUC Fair Price super market are just stone away, many other shops, like dental/ medical clinics, laundry, groceries etc. Interested, please intro yourself via WhatsApp or for arrangement of viewing.
