Hello,
We are looking at house mate for a cluster house. 5 rooms available, each with own bathroom. Any gender welcomed. Light cooking allowed. Expat are welcomed. Visitor allowed (but please keep the disturbance to the lowest - eg: reduce the noise etc). Minimum 1 year lease preferred.
Room details (partially furnished): Basement 1 - Bedroom (maid) with toilet (outside the room) - $700 (TAKEN) Level 1 - Living room, dining room, kitchen Level 2 - Master bedroom (super huge) with own toilet - $1600 Level 3 - Bedroom with own toilet (2 units) - $1200 each Level 4 (Attic) - Bedroom with own toilet (with private balcony) - $1400 PUB + Wi-Fi 6 (Wireless AX) included (but please conserve water and electricity).
About the roomies
Currently it’s occupied by 2 friendly and quiet guy. Looking at 3 more housemate. Keeping everything clean and tidy is a must too! Thanks!
