Hello! My friend and I are looking for 1 more housemate to join us in renting a 3 bedroom condo. We are very easygoing people, enjoys cooking together. During the weekends we like to go for a dip in the pool. If it matters to you, one of us is singaporean chinese, the other is Malaysian Chinese. Both working, in our twenties. We are hoping to find someone to join this friendly house, no weird rules or restrictions. Only requirement is to keep the common areas clean and tidy after use. Feel free to invite your friends over as well. Treat the house as your home :) If you are keen, join us when we make our meals!!

This unit is on 23rd floor, fully furnished, has dryer, washing machine, oven, etc The owners are leaving the country, so we will be the 1st tenants to enjoy the place!!

Your room comes with a built-in table and shelf, and the rooms in this unit are all very spacious! The photo of the room will be your future room. The pigeon hole shelf in the photo will be removed, the items shown in the photos will be cleared out as well and the landlord will also include a single bed.

The room is currently renting for $1150 but we can always negotiate the rent to see what’s best for everyone :)

Would be good if you can rent for at least 6 months, but we are open to discussion to suit your preferred rent duration as well. Do let us know if you would like to view the place. We are able to make an arrangement with the landlord for the viewings.

We will be moving into this unit from 2/1/2021 onwards.
