My roommate and I are moving into a unit at the Pinnacle@Duxton at the beginning of August and are looking to sublet one room for a period of up to 3 months. We’re both from the Philippines and went to university in the USA and both started working in SG in the last month. It’s in a great location, 7 mins walk from the Outram Park station MRT and in the CBD with many restaurants close by. Facilities include basketball courts, a running track on the 26th floor, and an observation deck on the 50th floor.
