I am looking for 1 person to rent a Common Bedroom who will share the bathroom with me. I’m IT professional for Wealth Management Bank and have been in Singapore for 13 years. We would like the house to be clean and to have a good environment. We don’t encourage having party in the house or constant short stay visitors as respect for other housemates. For sure we would love to hang out and have weekend brunches but at the same time, respect privacy for all as well.

Other housemate is a Vietnamese (in 20s) working in Finance too.
