Renting out a spacious master bedroom at Langston Ville (Somerset) with ensuite bathroom. Fully furnished with air-conditioning. 10 min walk to Fort canning MRT (Downtown line) and 10min walk to Somerset MRT. A bus stop right outside takes you to Raffles Place in 4 stops. Nestled in a quiet upscale neighbourhood, it is surrounded by cafes, with Singapore river within walking distance as well.

- looking for a female working professional, preferably someone who can commit to staying at least a year
Light cooking allowed with fully equipped kitchen w gas stoves. Monthly rent of $1500 for 1 pax, $1900 for 2 pax. Utility bills not included and shared between flatmates. No landlord staying. Available for move in from 15 Dec 2020.
