About the room
I have a very big spacious Master Bedroom, Iām very strict particular in cleanliness and outsider. Visitors do not allow only family members (additional stay - $100 per nite)

TV, WIFI, MINI FRIDGE, MICROWAVE ALL will be provided.
No, cooking is allowed.
Cleaning will be done by cleaning Company so they will come into the room to clean alter week to clean the room. So must be comfortable with that. This is due to past experience from the previous tenant. You must be comfortable with 3 cats. But my cats very well behave and have their own personal space
About the roomies
both married couples & both working. Have 3 shorthair local cats. Cleanliness is very important.
