Toa Payoh Central has one Common room available for long term renting for 1 female only. No house owner living together cooking allowed , but will have to clean up shared responsibility for house chores

High floor (28floor) opposite tpy library Many kopitiam nearby and there are Giant, NTUC ,AngMo supermarket and wet market 5min walk from tpy MRT and bus interchange and many bus-stops nearby too.

About the roomies
There is total of 3 rooms One guy living the master room I m female living in one of the common room ,therefore the other common room can only rent to a girl since we have to share toilet. I am an art teacher . Wish to find a friendly and cheerful roomie who is willing to maintain the cleanliness of the house together.
