Spacious renovated HDB with large living room and kitchen. Kitchen has an oven and 3 gas burner top. Great for people who like to cook. The apartment is quite large and really suitable for somebody looking for something bigger. I found condos too claustrophobic so I decided to stay in a nice renovated HDB. The big windows overlooking tree are the best feature i think.

The area is very convenient, about 12 mins walk to Junction 8 and the MRT or a quick 5 min bus. Many food centres nearby and a fair price is a stones throw away across the street.

The room is the master bedroom with a generous ensuite and AC. Great windows overlooking a small park. The furniture would change a bit, as I would continue using the desk. But I have other spare desks and beds in the house.

In my profile, I have two rooms listed, the common room and the master room. I am actually staying in the master room currently but will shift into the common room if the master room is preferred.

I may have multiple rooms listed on this site but I will only be renting out one of them. I have listed multiple rooms to give the prospective new housemate a wider range of options to suit budget and preference.

I’m a 29y/o working professional from Australia who enjoys the more residential side of Singapore. You’ll often find me at the community pool or a food court somewhere eating Korean food. On the weekends I try to get over to Pasir Ris for a paddle in the kayak or downtown for a brunch with friends.

I’m a friendly open minded and easy going person with a good sense of humour. Sometimes keep to myself but also like to socialise and have a good spirited conversation. Clean and respectful.

My current housemate (Sirui) is moving due to change of job, so I’m looking for somebody to fill the space :) All genders and ethnicities welcome. Prefer people who are late 20’s early 30’s but anyone who is mature and easy to get along with is fine.
