Hi there, we are looking for a housemate who will take over a common bedroom with attached bathroom. This will be available in mid-November. The room comes furnished with air conditioner, and a bed and a rack for clothes etc. There is a washing machine and a basically equipped kitchen.

To be completely upfront, this room is not suitable for day sleepers. There are aspiring musicians who live upstairs and they practice diligently in the day. If budget is not so much of an issue, we have a Master with an en suite bathroom for your consideration.

The place is centrally located with public transport options to the CBD. First off, we are within walking distance to ARC and Mapletree Business City. The bus takes you to Somerset, Chinatown, City Hall and Harbourfront. It is also about 10 minutes walk to Labrador MRT Station (Yellow/Circle Line). For avid joggers, there’s a park just minutes away.
