Hi all. I have a common room for rent in a fully furnished three bedroom condo in Robertson 100 as I’m moving out and need someone to take over my lease. Key information:

• 1,200 sq feet, 3 bedroom condo
• one other flat mate (Professional, American expat) -large lounge and kitchen -own bathroom -spare bedroom for guests or to be used as an office
• full condo facilities with pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ pits -in the middle of Robertson quay with multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops on your doorstep
• 5-10 minute bus ride into the CBD or $8 in an uber
• available from second week of July (can be flexible if needed earlier)

This is a really lovely condo and a fantastic area. I’m happy to arrange evening and weekend viewings.
