I’m relocating to Sydney and looking for someone to take over my room from July 1 2017 onwards.

2. They can talk to you about anything under the sun but respect your privacy/won’t bother you if you want alone time
3. Clean and neat (weekly maid) but not OC
4. Open to having guests over/not very particular about noise
