MASTER ROOM - 3 Months

Hello! I am Vinamra a student in NUS who want to rent the Master Bedroom in a duplex HDB for three months.

Please find the details below.

Location: Clementi. Near NUS. Direct bus number 151 and 151e to NUS faculty of engineering, NUS faculty of Architectur, NUS library and NUS Museum

Duration: 3 months (Negotiable) starting from 1 October 2020 to 10 January, 2021 (Dates flexible)

Other perks: You’ll be staying with three other people who are NUS students. They have their own rooms. Cooking is allowed. Anything and everything is allowed since it’s your home. Just that we don’t prefer smoking at our premises but you are free to call your friends and have a get together.

Room has a queen size bed, fancy lightings, wardrobe, a table and a chair. The room comes with an attached toilet. We also provide a hanger to dry out clothes. In short, it’s a Fully furnished room with additional free services and free appurtenances. The house includes a fully furnished kitchen too including a washing machine, microwave and a oven.

Rent: SGD $1100 plus utilities (which is around ~60-80 SGD per month) (Upto 2Pax)

(Utilities include electricity, water, cooking gas, wifi)

You would be sharing the house with 3 other NUS graduates. They are very helpful and will assist you if you are new to the place. They dont prefer smoking.
