About the room
Room available on Sophia Road! This master room is available from next weekend and we are looking to have someone in there by latest the 1st July. I am leaving this lovely flat at 1919 Sophia Road and we are looking for a new housemate to live with a lovely 25 year old british female expat. This is a master room with built-in double wardrobe, a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and a private balcony.
1919 is a really beaut condo finished a few years ago and has a pool, gym, etc.
It is a ten minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut, Rochor and Little India MRT stations and there are numerous buses heading towards Orchard and the CBD as well. There is great shopping nearby in Plaza Singapura and some local supermarkets/restaurants as well.
The rent is $2200 per month + bills.
