Master room with attached bathroom available in a duplex apartment on 10th floor. Very spacious, pleasant and windy with forest next to it. A lot of birds and biodiversity around. Huge balcony, comfortable living and dining rooms with sofa sets, chairs, dining table and tv. Fully equipped kitchen with burner, microwave, oven, gas pipeline. washing machine available with ample facilities for drying clothes.

Location: Near to NUS, Singapore Polytechnic and SIM. 2 bus stations away from Dover MRT and 3 stations from Clementi MRT. Ullu Pandan river flows near the HDB with many eateries, hawker centre and grocery shops nearby.

3 other people in the house, two designers and one chemical engineer from NUS. A mixed gender (2 boys 1 girl) relaxed and chill house and we are looking for easy-going person/persons. We like to throw get togethers with friends from time to time and the new flat mate/s would be welcome to do so, or be on her/his own whatever individual preference.
