Hello everyone,

My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom - 2 bath apartment in City Square Residences condo. The room is very large with a beautiful view and comes with substantial closet space.

The apartment is quite spacious for two and is on the 27th floor (with amazing unblocked views). It is fully furnished, including utensils and crockery and high speed internet. It is also very conveniently located – City Square Mall is across the street, plenty of eateries and bars around the area. Farrer Park MRT (purple line) is just beneath the mall and it’s a 7 mins walk to Jalan Besar (blue line). You will be sharing the apartment with me (an easy-going, management consulting professional). There are no weird rules – cooking and visitors are allowed. The condo is very popular with expats and boasts of several facilities including – a large pool, huge gym!, tennis courts, table tennis, bowling alley, putting green, karaoke room, etc.

I am looking for someone to move in last week of September (but flexible).

I am a management consultant from India. I’m pretty easy going and work from home during this time. I reside in the second room in the apartment (there are no other tenants in the house). I am looking for someone who is friendly, easy going as well and respects privacy.
