About the room
Hello people!
We have a common room to rent in a 3 bedroom apartment. You will be sharing the apartment with an Indian & a German. All are vegetarians. For now you will not be sharing the bathroom because our German friend is happily stuck in Germany with no signs of return anytime soon.
Its a fully furnished apartment with a huge living space.
High floor, bright and windy, receives enough sunlight.
10 mins walk to Queenstown MRT
24 hour short cut access to additional bus stops through Ikea Alexandra
Nearest Mall - Anchorpoint / Queenstown Shopping Center

Visitors allowed and our landlord is super cool (but of course careful handling and civil upkeep of apartment is expected)

Alexandra food court and ABC food market in the closest vicinity.
*only vegetarian cooking allowed (no eggs, meat, sea food or similar packaged food allowed inside the apartment)
Available from Aug last week / Sept first week. Happy to arrange early moving in: open for discussion.
Rent is 800$ excluding internet & utilities bills. Rent is negotiable. Rent is paid in the beginning of the month. Security deposit is 800$.
