1. Condo

• Move in date: 11/Sep- 10/Nov
• Excellent condition: High Floor, Bright, breezy. Newly painted & varnished floors.
• The room has a Queen size bed, bulit-in closet. It also has window deck so you can have quite good space for storage.
• You will be sharing a bathroom with my other flatmate, very nice Japanese girl working in Oil & Gas.
• Facilities: Swimming pools (with upper and lower deck, lap pool, Jacuzzi, water wall), BBQ area, Gym, Steam rooms. Fully equipped.
• No Owner. No stupid rules!
• Utilities & Internet will be divided by 3 of us.

2. Location This lovely condo is located in the vibrant Robertson Quay, the center of SG. It is a prime location where you can easily access to anywhere in downtown. (CBD/Bay area, Orchard, Somerset, Dhoby Ghuat, Tanjong pagar, China town. All near). Plenty of direct buses & MRT in walking distance.

• Closest MRT is Fort Canning: 5-6 min walk (Downtown line, 2 stops to Telok Ayer, 3 stops to Downtown MRT), 7 min walk to Clark Quay, 9-10 min walk to Somerset, Orchard area. If you take a bus, it only takes a few min to get there.

3. F & B & Life Robertson Quay is filled with lots of famous bars, cafes & restaurants literally at your doorstep.

• 2 min walk to Robertson Walk (Wine connection, Super Loco, Abc cafe, Summerlong, Common Man Coffee Roasters, Craftman - I love their coffee!, PS cafe etc. Hard to name all. A LOT! You just can hang out with friends and walk back home)
• Awesome Japanese dinings & supermarket (Yazawa, Toritama, Masa, Aburiya etc, also so many Japanese shops, supermarket @ Liang Court!)
• Many supermarkets: Cold Storage, Meidi- Ya, Fairprice 24 hours, 5 convenient stores nearby.
• Gym & Yoga studio (Yoga Movement, 3min walk, Pure Fitness @Takashimaya)
• Singapore River (perfect place for jogging & cycling)
• Club Zouk: just 5 min walk!

1 Korean girl working for telco, 1 Japanese girl working for Oil & Gas! We are very considerate and keeping the house clean and nice :)
