• Pet friendly: We have 3 cats and the entire house is meshed. We welcome other small pets such as rabbits, etc.

• Partially furnished room with cupboard and a single mattress. Study desk included.

• The room has no direct sunlight but is bright. Close to amenities, eateries (Chinese, Indian Muslim), and MRT stations (Serangoon and Lorong Chuan).

• The room is peaceful, quiet and spacious. The landlord has just changed the air conditioning unit. The furnishing in the living room is a little old as the apartment was built in 1986.

• House rules: Visitors once in a blue moon are allowed but prior notice has to be given in consideration of the other tenants.

• Laundry schedule is twice a week, and there is a space for you to dry your clothes. You are allowed to cook (clean after you are done) and will be allocated storage spaces in the kitchen and fridge.

• PUB + WIFI: (Based on our past bills) If you don’t use the AC daily, it will be $30 - $50. If you use the AC for 8 hours every day, it will be $50 - $70. AC maintenance: $30 - $50 each time. WIFI: $14 per pax monthly. Gas: $11-13 per pax every 4 - 5 months.

There are two female tenants in the unit and 3 cats. Both of us are professionals. We are homebodies who like to laze at home on weekends, hence we like a clean, quiet and comfortable house.

We are looking for

• female tenant, below 40

• strictly no smoking, hygienic, clean, uses minimal scents and will follow the house rules/tenancy agreement on cleanliness.
