This is a 3 bedder condo located in the East. No landlord staying.

You will be renting with me, Chinese Singaporean female, 28 years old and another housemate. I have rented the house since 2018 and one house mate is moving out. So looking for someone to replace her. Demographics of current housemates: Late 20s female Singaporeans. 1 works in the bank. 1 as a Blogshop owner. Both very easy going.

This house has always been a fun house to live in with all the house mates. Hence not looking for OTT professionals who prioritize too much peace… quiet and privacy. Looking for someone who is easy going and not particular about everything. Occasionally have friends over for dinners or Mahjong. No quarrels or major disagreement has ever taken place in this house and would not like you to be the first.

Don’t get me wrong. Not a house of party animals. But we are just looking for someone really easy going and can gel in with us. Feel free to drop me any inquiries.
