This Master Room (washroom inside) in a 7th-storey HDB flat is now vacant and available immediately, at least until the current one-year contract ends in July 2023. We’ll share the other facilities in the 2-bedroom flat: kitchen, living room, washing machine, and storage areas.

The rent listed above ($1100) is approximate; the exact amount will depend on the number of occupants, aircon use, etc… We can discuss all this. Also, if you are interested in renting the other Common Room (washroom located outside the room) instead for a lower price, I might be flexible to switch rooms, so feel free to inquire.
