We are a group of professionals looking for 1 awesome housemate to share the monthly rental with us. You would get the spacious common room all to yourself, it’s actually huge enough to put your king sized bed, 2 wardrobe cabinets and work desk / secretlab chair if you needed, lol. But basic furniture of 1 wardrobe cabinet & 1 single bed frame is included.

The size of the room is about 120 sqft comes with great green scenery. The room is windy and breezy. You would have a hard time overlooking the opposite IMM Mall and hope you don’t keep heading there to shop. You would be sharing the toilet with a couple.

The kitchen is open for cooking as well. Bring your Masterchef talent with you! There’s no need to hide that amazing talent in this house. :)

Just an additional note, we assign a space for everyone be it the storage space in the shelf, racks and fridge. So there’s no need to fight for space that’s already limited in the MRT that you are traveling to work everyday.

Air-con, gas, water, electricity and internet is inclusive. Or if you wish to share the bills evenly with all of us we could discuss on the options.

You would be sharing the duplex maisonette with 5 of us who are working professionals. 4 of us are Malaysians who are also Singaporean PRs and a Filipino IT expat. There are 2 couples and a guy sharing the whole unit as of now.

As we are transitioning from the old arrangement to the new one as well, we would be doing a massive cleaning “Marie Kondo”-kinda exercise in the whole house. The house would definitely sparkling with joy for all of us.
